Most of my clients have email so I email them to confirm pet sits with the dates/rates. I also email them before any holidays & recently did a mass email to remind them to book early for summer vacations.
If I see something that I think a client will like that pertains to their pet, I will send them that too.
I recently ordered a bunch of "The World" pet sitting magazines & mailed them off to all my clients with copies of recent newspaper articles that were written about my pet sitting biz....
