Last year I had SEVEN cancellations for the 4th!! It was wonderful! I ended up with only 2 stops. So my son and I went to the beach and watched powerboat races! We got to see how "the other half" lives!! LOL! But not this year..... I've already got about 10 stops a day booked, and it's still a week and a half away!

As for holiday fees....yes, I charge $15 per day on top of their normal fees. This is whether they have 1 visit or 3 that day. And I do it for 8 holiday days a year. It had been $10 per day, but I raised it this year to $15. And haven't regretted it at all.
