I just started my sitting business.I really enjoy it but I have a client that called me several weeks ago for an intial visit.We set up a time and she is a neighbor.I would have charged her 10.00.Then about 1 hour before the Free visit she left a message on my voice mail and said she will be using a friend for the whole week but only wants me to come one visit for the 10.00.I called back and told her that it is not worth my while.I am very busy and realize that people like this can be liars.I was in retail before and understand there will be many more clients to follow.One door closes another one opens.Do you think I made a bad desicion?
