I do not want to sound harsh either but she at least is being honest about her efforts and looking for advice. To slam blast someone is no way to educate.
I was under the impressiona she also does pet sitting. I offer boarding on a very limited basis and look into the cat's health records. I doubt anyone would willingly set themselves up exposing other cats to any disease such as the ones you mentioned.
