To the person who posted from Chicago regarding my message about nice customers, I have just acquired a service from BellSouth (only 2.25 per month) which allows me to forward my calls to my cell phone while I am away. It is worth taking the extra time to do this and pull over and talk to these customers. Some customers are very fickle and call you once and then, if they cannot get you, never call back or find someone else immediately. Just a thought....P.S. I grew up in Crystal Lake, Illinois...
