Hi! I am still trying to figure out a reasonable overnight charge as well. I've been asking $35 a night, which seems a little low for me, considering I charge $15 each for just a morning and evening visit, and those are naturally included in an overnight. Some clients have agreed that this is very reasonable. Others are balking at the price and telling me "other pet sitters" only charge $15 to $25 a night. I live in a tourist area where the cost of living is somewhat high, and there are quite a few wealthy people in this area. I find it hard to believe other reputable pet sitters are only asking $15 for an overnight. How do the rest of you deal with customers that act like you are asking an outrageous price?
