I caught a glimpse of a car hidden deep in a large bush at the back of a car-dealer's yard. Judging by the growth and the fact there were several derelict mot failures in front of it it has been there so long and is so well hidden no-one knows it is there. I couldn't ask at the time, but it looks vaguely like a Simca 1000 (could only see the front in poor light and could not get close).

It is a burnt orange colour, appears to be suffix-J reg and has one round headlight a side with a narrow grill in between. It looks small and is in poor condition.

COuld it be a Simca 1000, or else what is it? The place has always been a Morris -> Austin -> Rover dealer as far as I know so I don't know why it would be there.

If you can guess what it might be, is it worth saving?
