You will not find a good used replacement cylinder head for a Rolls-Royce 20/25. Whatever is out there all suffered the same problem. These cylinder heads simply do not survive the time and all will show cracks. Repairing them is usually trowing good money after bad. The repair may look good initially, but will crack again under stress. You simply have to buy a new head from Simon James of A.T.H.Alden Ltd. in the UK simon@aldens.fsbusiness.co.uk Cheers.
