Favorite artists: I dunno I have a bunch
Hobbies: Singing, Playing my guitar, playing with little kids
Performing Experience: I had to play guitar and sing for money. I had been in a few plays before and a few talent shows.
Why do you want to be a contestant?: I'm not sure exactly. It'll be fun, and I think I'd be good for it.
What do you think you can contribute to the group? Well, I had a record label but my manager had to quit but he said I'd be great in the music biz.

Sorry, I forgot about the part at the top of the form. For the audition you must also sing 2 songs, one slow and one fast with dancing! (It's above the form, so it's hard to see, lol!)
