I have a 7 month old male purebred Catahoula Leopard dog (about 55 lbs. already) that I hesitantly offer for sale. Neighborhood and lack of sufficient kennel space is the cause of this sale.

This dog is purebred, out of championship Catahoula stock in Louisianna, but I have not been able to get the papers on him yet. Because of no papers, I offer him for sale to a good home for $125. He is healthy and strong, loves people and affection, likes to run and play with anyone that will spend time with him. He responds well to attention and will make someone a great dog for an all around pet or a serious hunting dog.

I have started him on hogs. He has been in a bay pen twice and on four actual hunts. On the first hunts he did not know what was going on when the other dogs took off and he stayed with me. Later when one of my other dogs bayed then caught a pretty nice young boar and I got to the scene this Catahoula immediately "caught" on the hog. I wouldn't go so far as to say that he is a real hog dog at this point but he is off to a good start and showing good potential. I think with more exposure, opportunity, age, and experience he will turn out to be a good hog dog.

I live in Winter Springs, Fla just North of Orlando and South of Sanford. If you are interested drop me an email note to: davisalf@aol.com

Thanks, Dave
