THat would help especially if you were only allowed to send in apps that had the stamps attached, no written numbers. That would serve 2 purposes, the FWCC and the hunter not writing down the wrong number and it would stop all the fake apps from being sent in.Oh bye the way, I have 2 permits for Fisheating Creek March15 - 18 and March 22-25 to trade.E-mail me if interested.
