Subject: QUITTING

I am sorry to do this to all you guys, but I am quitting. My characters are Astaroth, Devil May Cry, and Tajdar. It is nothing against any of you or anything, I just don't like the way the game is going. I loved this game when I first joined, when it was realistic and the only difference was the title of Overlord and his mares, which was fine. Then the game took a twist and started with points, etc. I did not like that because then every one was all focused on gaining points instead of roleplaying. Now the game is going more and more good vs. evil, which I really do not like for horse rpgs. I have nothing against them, most people like them, but I do not. The idea of an 'evil' or 'good' horse is just silly to me. I have quit those kinds of games before, despite the fact that I usually like the players.

So, sadly, Painted Wild will follow those games. I used to love this game and try to get on as much as I could, but not I just can't hold any interest in it. That is the reason I have been becoming less and less active. I tried to get into it more and all that, but I just do not enjoy it any more.

I am tired of being challenged and stolen from, not because the stallion wants the mare, but because he wants points. I am tired of having to focus so much on getting some title so I can be left in peace for a little while. I am just not into this good vs. evil thing. And now, apparently, there will now be a good king and an evil king and armies for each side, or something like that. Sorry, but that is just kind of the last straw for me. I don't like that kind of game and never have any fun playing them. So, I am sorry to everyone, but I am quitting.

Someone may take over Tajdar(Natalie or Lara or Heather), but please leave Astaroth and Devil May Cry alone, since they are my original creations and I like to use them in other games. I always considered Tajdar as more of Painted Wild so if they need him around for a little longer, Natalie please feel free to play him or have another good player do so.

I am sorry to all you guys. I will check back now and then and keep up because I love most of the players here and have a lot of fun with them and all, but as the game turns more and more into the good vs. evil and all that I find myself no longer wanting to play my characters here.

I may come back later, if you guys really want me to, but for now, all of my characters are resigning and I am leaving it for now. If you all really want me too, I will come back but for now I am quitting. I made Devil May Cry and Astaroth for realistic games, not the good/evil kind so I feel they do not belong here and I am sort of bored with Tajdar and being the 'good' overlord or whatever so good-bye to all. I will miss you and check back now and then, but for now, I feel I have to go. I do not think it is fair to play when my heart is really not in it.
