Your Territory was placed up to be claimed by someone else due to your excessive inactivity. You cannot claim a territory without at least one mare so you couldnt reclaim the territory right away. Frost did not run away, she was successfully stolen quite some time ago. I am beliving you to be a beginner to the RPG world as your posts are truely lacking any appeal or anything that states that you are a regular player. I dont like simple one-liner posts that dont even make up a complete sentence. Beginners are not welcome in Painted Wild, it annoys the rest of us. I dont mean to sound rude or nasty but perhaps you should learn from the posts of everyone else and upgrade your posting style. Just a friendly suggestion. Now back on subject your former Territory is now the territory of Mistake. You will have to re-gain some mares and claim a new territory if you wish to continue playing your stallion. If you wish to have your old territory back then you will have to challenge for it, although if I am thinking correctly, I dont believe that you are able to challenge for a territory unless all of the other open ones are already claimed by someone.
