Actually Slander is a falshood in an attempt to defame. That email is unmodified and completely true so No, it is not Slander. However, you are falsely accusing me of a crime WHICH is Slander. And emailing with threats is also illegal by the way in case you did not know.

If you want the definiation of slander by Law, "defamation by oral utterance rather than by writing, pictures, etc." Look it up in the dictionary Heather, so telling the Owner about your email is not in any way Slander by Law. Wow, but false accusations are Against the Law.

If anyone wants proof that this is the exact email Heather wrote, you may email me and I will forward you an exact copy. Heather, DO NOT email. If you do, I will press charges, because I have told you not to.

So Heather, you are Slandering....might want to stop, after all, it is illegal in 50 states.
