Uh, Buffy did die. Remember the end of Season 5, beginning of Season 6?

She died one in prophecy girl, the gift, and did she actually flat line in villains?

Who is the only character (not including Dawn,or Anya) who "hasn't" died on the show.? ( alter dimensions included, The wish,Nightmare, etc)
