Been dealing with work so I haven't been able to get online for awhile......(Promotion=Responsibility).

Hope you guys are in Good spirits and Good health.

Anybody see Billy D....tell him to tie a raw steak around his neck and go play in a Junkyard full wild dogs (ex-girl friends don't count.)

Anybody see Robbie Adams tell him to gain some weight, his days of trying to be a horse Jockey are over....he's got to be in his 30's by now.

Speaking of Age...Twister...Moses called and wants his birth date back.

Anybody see the twins ask yourself this....why don't ever see them together when you're sober....and why do you always see them together when you're drunk????

Anybody see Anthony Huss....get two paper bags.....one to go over his head....the other in case his tears open.....I've tried to tie a plastic bag around his head but I can't bear the smell.

I got nuthin but love for NC fighters.

We don't really have a place....but one of the guys we use to train with has a storage building that he has turned into a gym.....I tried to train a few weeks back but work has become so stressful that I had to pull back (High blood Pressure). A few of the guys have been dippin' in and out of gyms near or on Ft. Bragg. We are trying to remain a team but it's hard due to the fact we don't have a central location. I've suggested to the guys to either start their own teams or hook-up with you guys or Team ROC. Im out of the loop as far as the state of grappling and MMA in NC right now.....but Im still a fan.

You guys are always welcomed at our place. Hope the high blood pressure gets better! If any of you guys get a chance drop by the tournament at the end of the month.

Ses my Brother whats up....I thought I was the lone soldier to drop out of the network. I hope all is well with u. We need to get our asses back in the mix.Just cause we're old and fat doesn't mean we can't play well with others. Take care and I hope the blood pressure deal is a joke, if not quit ur job and do mma all day.....Keep safe and keep in touch....

Wish HBP was a joke but it is on it's way down.......I wish I could train one day a week // To tell the truth as I get older Im leaning more to Grappling Tourney's because MMA training was so demanding on my body. I can only supress my body weight for so long and compete with 21 yr old guys while suffering from old wounds for another year or so.

I used to have the attitude that grappling was for guys who didn't really want to fight or that I could just go to any of the gyms around because I had association with the best grapplers in the state......but after GP Classic last year I gotta tell ya' I was really buzzin' for about a month after the team challenge....Although, we competed against our old rivals Team Roc, that was better than any MMA competition I've ever competed in against them....the way Rob and Guy treated both teams was superb. The crowd participation to the matches was like a superfight or something...? It was only the Second grappling match I've ever had publicly (the first being on your show) but it's making me take a serious look at grappling not only as condition of a MMA fight but really take a look from a competitive point of view.

It's really good to hear from ya....
