To be honest, Dale should go back to ref'ing kickboxing, he is terrible. I have seen him stand fights up from mount, and stopped a fight once as a choke was being attempted (the guy who was being choked didnt tap, and was not close to tapping/as choke was not on tight).
The best ref I have seen so far was a fellow out of pittsboro, he seemed to understand his job the best, but sadly, most of the ones I have seen, flat out suck.
