Ok folks the Elite Vale Tudo (EVT) is returning to Danville virginia. All of our schedules have slowed down enough and this great even on the border of North Carolina is making its return to a regular series of events. This is the first and will be held July 22nd at The Crossing at the Dan in Danville virginia. A website is soon to come. In the mean time if you area interested in competing please drop me an e-mail at Jason@crossfitnc.com. Looking forward to getting more information out to eeryone.

The event started on time and everything ran really smoothly. Looking forward to the next EVT in October. I'm not sure of all of the results but for the pro event, Ro beat Tim Manon.
