I heard the Bas Rutten was making a return after a 7 yr layoff. I figured.....why not make one after 3, I've gain weight but I also healed alot of injuries. So the next time I do try to shrink down to 195, it's going to gradual and intelligent. Are you planning to do the EVT? Im going to have my mind made up by mid-next week if I will or not.
