Get your overworked behind to Angier. What is it a 20 minute drive? I KNOW you could make at least one appearance a week. The trick is to NOT sit on the couch or to relax when you get in from work.

Hahahaha, I'm coming...just saying, if you closed up shop and re-opened at the Sunset Lake/ Holly Springs Rd. intersection, I would appreciate it. Seriously though, are you up there Mon-Thurs nights still? Unless you and the Mrs. go out for Mexican food of course.

Could you wear those pretty little shorts with the flowers on them when you come back Rick?

Holy shit Jamie is on the board, and he just made fun of Rick! I personally like the flower shorts.

Funny that Jamie says something when I dont think I saw him either this week.

I teach on Mondays and Tuesdays and open the place on Saturdays. The rest of the week is a crapshoot with work.

As to the Mexican food, it seems a side effect of her preggers is that she has NO TASTE for mexican food at all. A bit of a heart breaker for a while.

Congrats Brandon! But it is sad that Mexican food isn't on the menu for you anymore.

Rick I am opening the gym on Sundays from 1-3 pm as well as the other days. It might only be for a "test run" of a month depending on attendance. But since Lee and Trent have decided they want to fight in 3-4 months they are going to probably be there and a couple of newer guys are also in EVERY day Sunday being no exception.

The longer you put this off the tougher the oxygen is to find. also tell Landon he is missed.

Sounds good Brandon Neil Weaver, can't make it this weekend due to daughters birthday, but next weekend shouldn't be a problem. Speaking of kids, when is yours going to make an appearance? Oh, and is Jamie still showing up to class, along with his spandex muscle shirts?

That's good that the gy will be open on Sundays. That is a definate free day for me. I need to get my hands on the thumb wrestling champ again.

Haha, I was the thumb wrestling champ back in 1984! It's a shame I didn't thumb wrestle for a division one school and that my thumb wrestling background hasn't transitioned very well to MMA.

We are working on getting a place in Cary. I have 2 people looking for a location for us. What we are hoping is to be between cary and apex.

Seriously though, the Holly Springs Rd/ Sunset Lake RD intersection would work out fine for me. Open something up down from the Smoothie King. Who's going to instruct? Is it another Crossfit?

We are going to start the place out with just BJJ. If things go well and we can find the space we will add the CrossFit into the mix.

it looks like it might take a while. The TFTC Academy is just south of Fuquay it may be the closest. It is well worth the trip anyway. I hear they just added some new classes/instructors. www.tftcacademy.com
