Just a reminder that the pre-registration deadline for the October 20th tournament is this Saturday. All pre-registered competitors recieve a free tournametn t-shirt.
Also, we have confirmed four competitors for the Franklin Regional Medical Center Lightweight (160lbs and under) 4 Man Brown Belt division. They include Danny Ives (Lloyd Irivin), Jason Culbreth (Team ROC), Spencer Schrivner (BJJ Revolution), and Chris Mahan (Gustavo Machado).
Lastly, just a reminder that we are having a Friday night registration and weigh-in at Crossfit NC.
Best Regards,
George Pendergrass Foundation

Anthony,
We aren't doing one for this tournament. But, would you be up for one at our next tournament (no-gi)? Be great to have you come out and compete in a four man or something.
Guy
