Randy Russell and Ron Hansen have had years of experience as coaches and competitors. Many of their students have gone onto win national titles. Don’t’ miss this opportunity to learn techniques and drills from two great coaches.

Age requirements: Adult, Middle and High School age only.
This workout is open to all grapplers but a gi is required.

Price: $40.00 pre registration or $50.00 at the door.
Instructors fees will be waived provided they bring a minimum of two students.

Randy Russell 7th Dan and head instructor of the Mid MO Judo Club has been involved in judo for over 40 years and has competed and trained with many of the legends of our sport. He has competed against teams from Japan, Korea, Great Britain, Germany and many others. Randy Russell’s students have won national titles in junior and senior divisions. His students have gone onto to train at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO, the Kodokan Tokyo, Japan and many other top training facilities in the world.

Ron Hansen, 7th Dan and head instructor of the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg Judo Club has had students go on to win national titles in the sport of judo. Ron Hansen has held the following positions in US Judo; Chairman USJA Promotion Board, member of the United States Olympic Committee for Judo, ,USJF Life membership Chairman, President of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Yudanshakai and is a referee emeritus having been licenses as a PJU National Referee. He is currently the President of North Carolina Judo Inc., member of the USJI Promotion Board, Teachers Institute and Rules Committee. He has a Rokudan certificate from the Kodokan and a Shichidan certificate from the USJI, he is a National Coach with the USJI and a Master Coach with the USJA.

Directions: Coming from the Raleigh area, take 40 North to 64. 64 runs into 264. When leaving the Knightsdale area on 64 you will need to look for the Greenville Exit to 264, it is about 5 or 10 minutes past Knightsdale. 264 will take you straight into Greenville.

When you come into Greenville take exit 73 B, the 264 East Alt. this will take you around Greenville. When you come to 10th St. turn right, the dojo will be on the left in the strip mall at the first stop light. You will see our sign, Karate, Tae Kwon Do.

If you are coming from the south take Greenville Blvd. East until you come to 10th. St. and turn left, the dojo will be on the left at the first stop light in the strip mall. You will see our sign, Karate, Tae Kwon Do.

Greenville is only about an hour and 15minutes from Raleigh and an hour and a half at the most. From Fayetteville we are only about an hour and a half. From Jacksonville we are only about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half.

I can vouch for Coach Hansen. (not that he needs it) I have trained at his gym and he is among the best! Great guy!
