Wish HBP was a joke but it is on it's way down.......I wish I could train one day a week // To tell the truth as I get older Im leaning more to Grappling Tourney's because MMA training was so demanding on my body. I can only supress my body weight for so long and compete with 21 yr old guys while suffering from old wounds for another year or so.

I used to have the attitude that grappling was for guys who didn't really want to fight or that I could just go to any of the gyms around because I had association with the best grapplers in the state......but after GP Classic last year I gotta tell ya' I was really buzzin' for about a month after the team challenge....Although, we competed against our old rivals Team Roc, that was better than any MMA competition I've ever competed in against them....the way Rob and Guy treated both teams was superb. The crowd participation to the matches was like a superfight or something...? It was only the Second grappling match I've ever had publicly (the first being on your show) but it's making me take a serious look at grappling not only as condition of a MMA fight but really take a look from a competitive point of view.

It's really good to hear from ya....
