Whenever you put yourself "out there", you are subject to criticism--this is a given, and it should be expected. That said, we are all human, so no matter how hard one tries, it is not always easy to simply ignore the tripe that these types utter while hiding behind their keyboards. This is particularly true in this industry, where egos and reputations play such large roles. So, it is understandable when emotions take over at times.
It is easy to criticize, especially when you aren't face to face with someone (even more so when you don't even give your name.) So, if you are the "target" of such criticisms, as hard as it may be, it really is best to ignore them. Anyone who posts in this manner does not likely have a legitimate issue, but is malicious in their intent.
I'll leave you with one of my favorite quotes:
