整22年沒來大馬的葉德嫻，一見歌迷即被嚇到，不是人太多，也不是歌迷特別熱情，而是因為現場安娣叫她和干兒子華仔拍吻戲！

話說司儀問葉德嫻還想挑戰什么角色，葉說她未拍過接吻的戲，不過她也不希望接到，因她怕做不來，還要看對手。台下一班安娣突喊：“跟劉德華囉！”

葉聽及即說：“嚇？那感覺不是亂倫？不可以！”安娣歌迷又喊道：“他演你兒子！”葉答：“他已經做過我兒子了，讓他演其他人的兒子，也讓其他人來演我兒子。”

可見大馬歌迷對葉與劉在《法外情》母子形象多深，大家還頻讚她和劉演得很好呢！

期間，葉更披露曾試過在台上忘詞，她說到死都會記得這一生最尷尬的事，希望512開唱不會發生。而在司儀慫恿下，葉特別清唱02年作品《重頭認識》，唱完就喊“拜拜”要走人，其實她只亮相5分鐘，在司儀提醒下才恍然還要跟歌迷簽名，非常搞笑。
