聽說，葉德嫻在香港的演唱會出了一招“強光燈大懲罰”，專門用來對付遲到的觀眾。
遲到自誤，除了開秀后大門深鎖，葉德嫻的香港演唱會和許多正規舞台演出一樣，遲到的人必須在場外等葉德嫻唱完第一部分。

所謂的“大懲罰”，是當遲到的觀眾入場的時候，大會會以強光照射，並伴以香港小姐音樂。

你也別說，如此一“照”，好玩歸好玩，尷尬指數應該也有80。

那天在山上看葉德嫻在馬來西亞的演唱會，沒有強光照射，但我的尷尬指數一樣也有80。

如果可以重來，我會建議大會把香港那套“強光燈大懲罰”搬過來，但不用在開場，而是用在完場，專門要來照著那些人家台上未唱完，他們已經急不及待早退的觀眾。

有人問我，觀眾急著要走，是不是台上的表演者留不住他們？Well，這真的不是一場很完美的演出，但至少也值70分吧，實不足于趕客，問題應該是出在我們的觀眾群疏于“練習”。

更忠言逆耳的說法，應該是在那個場地，大家心有旁騖，以致于觀眾水準總是缺了那么一塊。

從來沒有看過一場演唱會，表演者因為最后一首首本名曲未唱，搞到要從后台衝出來喊stop，請觀眾留步。

從來沒有看過一場演唱會，表演者要請觀眾再次留步，等她送康乃馨給明天慶祝母親節的媽媽。

好心啦，很趕時間咩？掌聲和支持是一場演唱會，台下觀眾對歌者最基本的尊重，當台上燈光未熄，台下燈光未亮的時候，一堆人像流行感冒傳染似的急著離場，真的一點禮貌都沒有。

多隆，馬來西亞人不應該是這樣的。那晚，我真的很尷尬。
