繼韓紅、孫楠及劉德華擔任嘉賓後，譚詠麟演唱會前晚請來葉德嫻做特別嘉賓，不過阿倫今次卻由「爸爸」變做「兒子」。事緣葉德嫻穿著一對斗零?高跟鞋上台，怎料幼細的鞋?不慎「涉」在舞台的罅隙內，提起腳也不能抽出鞋?﹔阿倫見狀立即蹲下來替她拔出鞋?，葉德嫻即笑說﹕「平身啦，乖仔。」阿倫事後笑說﹕「上次韓紅叫我做爸爸，想不到今次變了做仔仔。」

當阿倫演唱劇集主題曲《誰可改變》時，見到該劇男主角苗僑偉在台下，即時遞咪給阿苗﹔阿苗亦不負重望，獻唱幾句，極有水準，贏得全場掌聲，事後更跟阿倫等人去宵夜。

阿倫十一場個唱有十一位不同嘉賓，全都是天王巨星級人馬，計有張學友、林子祥、徐小鳳等。為了答謝他們，阿倫特地訂購十多隻價值十多萬元的名表，每個嘉賓送一隻，起碼花了百多二百萬元。阿倫說﹕「送手表是希望大家記住我們在一起的每分每秒，禮物不在乎平貴，只是心意而已，保證每個老友上台都有得送，就像溫拿也是每人送一隻。」
