Age Divisions:
Babies..............................
0-11 months * 12-23 months * 2-3 years
(Check in: 2:00 Begin: 2:30pm)
(Parents will escort ages 0-3 on stage)
Youth ...............................
4-6 years * 7-9 years * 10-12 years
Check in: 3:30pm Begin at 4:00pm or following Baby Awards)

�� Entry Fees:
Modeling (all ages) $35.00
* includes on stage interview (4-12) & close up evaluation (0-3)
* includes church dress (no glitz) & casual wear (no glitz)
Back-to-School Wear $25.00
Photogenic (all ages) $25.00
* (one photo only - 5X7 or 8X10 ... must look age appropriate)
Talent (ages 4-12 only) $35.00

You Must Enter All Events to be Eligible for Little Miss Ellis County & Save!!
If you enter all events, ages 0-3 pay only $ 70.00
If you enter all events, ages 4-12 pay only $100.00

�� Entries must be postmarked no later than: Wednesday - July 30, 2003
�� General Information:
1) Any poor sportsmanship demonstrated by a contestant, parent, family member or coach will be cause for immediate disqualification of your contestant without refund.
2) Contestants are judged on overall appearance, smile, personality, interaction with the judges, and confidence. She also is judged on how much fun she seems to be having. Dresses may be short, long, or tea length.
3) Your modeling should be simple, smooth, and not overly complicated. Turns are fine and waving, blowing kisses, winking, etc are welcome from the babies. However, pro-am style modeling is not suggested at this pageant only as we are looking for confident, poised children who are overall natural and dressed age appropriately.
4) Casual Wear should reflect your contestant��s own style and feeling for the upcoming fall months and casual days in general. Be creative and colorful, but remember that the fashion should compliment the contestant in style and appropriateness for age. I suggest something ��dressy casual��... no cutoffs or things that are obviously too bare. Use moderation.
5) Back-to-School should be something appropriate for school but reflect the feeling of the special ��first-day�� of school.
6) Photogenic - Bring 5X7 or 8X10 Black & White or Color Head Shot of the Contestant & keep it age appropriate.
7) Talent music must be on Cassette Tape or CD with one song, cued & ready to play with your Name on tape & title of music. Music should be no more than 2 minutes & 30 seconds. Please time it and cut accordingly.
�� No Entry will be accepted at the door, so don��t be late! Mail your entry form and Cashier��s Check or Money Order
