Subject: Re: ROCKET ROCKED Author: beautiful suicide [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 02:17:58 09/02/02 Mon In reply to: Tim Thorne 's message, "ROCKET ROCKED" on 08:05:56 08/31/02 Sat wow, i was still hyped over how great TBE were today, that was, until i read that shit! no words can really describe this feeling of disgust. i also have to say, i'm 18, was on the fence, and also have been every time i've seen TBE live (including BDO) so i'm not quite sure where i've gone wrong along the way, but i still find that utterly disgusting! on another subject... going back to what Tim said about dickheads in crowds yelling shit at band members. i remember seeing Butthole Surfers at Livid and this fuckwit was standing next to us half the night yelling abuse at the band and just shitting the rest of us off! pissed at him as i was, i kept my cool though. that was at least, until i started geting hit in the back of the head from him waveing his fingers at the band. but hey, my best friend is a bouncer from Melb. and he is fucking HUGE!!! that guy went down pretty damn fast after that! ...and we never saw him again :) the moral to this story... if you don't like the band, leave them alone, noone's forcing you to stay and listen. if you don't, someone else will make you leave!
