 The "Crave" single followed closely by the album or EP (is it going to be an album or EP?)
As for changing the sound as not to stagnate... you just have to ask yourself is it good or not?
Not hmmmmm... is this relevant to todays political climate?
Is this modern sounding enough to push the boundaries of modern culture? etc
