It may be the case that Automodena acted as agents when securing the orders from you, and then ordered the car with their own leasing company, Automodena Contracts for example. That would make them principals, but, it would also mean that Automodena Contracts may be cash rich. Force the liquidator to explore any cropss trading between all of the enterprises that the Hallats are Directors of. There may be a pool of fraudulent money!!!
