Automodena refused to provide the name or location of the VW dealer with which I ordered my car. I believe that the company was operating through a 4th party so they would not have been working with the dealer directly. The following questions remain unanswered:
Did the deposits paid actually go to the dealer?
If so can we contact the dealer directly to complete the order?

I was told when I ordered the car that the company had been operating for 15 years - can anyone verify this? There is now a question over whether this company actually ever imported cars. Did they collect deposits and full costs for cars over a period of 6 months, clear off with the money and declare themselves bankrupt, only to re-emerge later under a different name. What angers me is that the website is still operating.
