There are two contracts involved here. Most customers have contracts with AutoModena to act as their agents in sourcing cars from dealers, NOT contracts to purchase cars directly from AutoModena. Some customers writing on this website who have managed to collect their cars and have seen the dealer's paperwork have found the order/invoice to have been in their name. The problem is with getting back all the money paid to AutoModena which didn't find its way to the dealers and seems to be "lost", and the fact that the liquidator is claiming ownership of the money that was paid to the dealers.
