I guess many people, like myself, have been telephoning BDO lately to find out what is happening. I was told there is no chance of getting anything back from Automodena, and just to forget it (6000 pounds !). However, they did say that there they would push for cash from the hallats if they are found guilty of fraud. But, this could be another 2 years away. I asked the question of what happens if they have sold their houses and moved the money. The creditors just said they can't do that. Although BDO were helpful in their manner, I think they have lost interest.
