Subject: A plan of action

Surely if deposits were paid to dealers, then they were paid to secure orders, if Automodena do not fulfil their orders then they should loose their deposits, not try to claim them back from their dealers as part of their assets. Automodena should be loosing deposits under the same rules as we are loosing them. And as far as the dealers are concerned, they are sitting with deposits and unclaimed orders, would it not make sense that the dealers contact us directly who would be willing to pay for the car in full, and everyone goes home happy. Can someone raise this at the liquidators meeting?
