Subject: Everyones case is different...my battle lies with the dealer...both claim legal title. He claims he has not been paid but has lost his car...I claim I have not had my car and have lost my money...both in the same boat by the opposite way around...so far I know of one other person in the same situation as me. Paid in full, car was delivered to Automodena's compound, Automodena never passed on a red cent!

  • Your position will be better if they were acting as your agent. You may find you have a claim on a car on the continent which, if you are lucky, may be partially paid for, and you may be able to argue against having the money you paid included in the companies assets, this could give you priority in the list of creditors.
