Sikil, Naureon's bay steed, tosses his head proudly as he carries his master through the Shire, the loose reins providing him all the freedom he wished for to show off. Nauleon had been silent throughout msot of the journey here, watching the vary halflings and studying their strange way of living. A great amount of peace dwelt here he felt and he had also learnt from their actions towards him that mayhap they didn't encounter too many of his kindred.
He leaves the road, directing Sikil lazily towards a stream where he dismounts and grabs a bite to eat, allowing his horse to cool down and have a lunch himself before pressing towards Bree. The Shire was maybe a bit too peaceful for someone like him although a certain feeling of joy for these Hobbits lured within.
