Subject: come riconoscere una musica di tango?

Non sose questa mia domanda sembrerà stupida o che, ma la voglio fare lo stesso. Secondo voi come si può fare a riconoscere una musica di Tango? Mi spiego: Domenica scorsa (perchè qui a Brescia si balla anche la domenica) uno dei frequentatori della milonga ha chiesto che fosse messo un pezzo, ed esattamente "Malafemmina" di De Curtis interpretata da Murolo. Gli ho fatto notare che, secondo me, non è un tango e lui mi ha risposto: "Ne sei sicuro?". Ora mi sono detto: E' vero che il tango è interpretazione e che quindi tutti i pezzi sono "ballabili" se si interpretano, non è come un valzer inglese o una mazurca, ma non credo che questo ci apra (in generale) a dover mettere su una musica qualsiasi. Cosa ne pensate?
