Subject: abolirei tutte le pagine che codificano i passi del tango

Ho la sensazione che stia succedendo quello che è già successo all'inizio del secolo, quando il tango si affacciò per la prima volta in europa. A furia di voler codificare il tango, il suo linguaggio si è trasformato al punto da generare il tango europeo o quello da balera imbastardito dal fox... Anche le scuole ho la sensazione che insistano nell'insegnare passi il più delle volte inventati dai maestri stessi.... E' molto chiara Meri Lao nel suo volume "T come Tango" quando dice che "il tango non ha passo base...non ha coreografia...infinite figure" che vengonùo volta per volta scomposte e ricomposte in modo casuale secondo l'ispirazione del momento.... Credo che sarebbe più importante imparare a guidare, per l'uomo, e a lasciarsi guidare, per la donna, intervenendo sulla posizione del corpo, il movimento delle mani e l'equilibrio sulle gambe... , insomma abolirei tutte le pagine che codificano i passi del tango perchè immancabilmente renderebbero standard un ballo che ha come base culturale l'improvvisazione...
