Subject: Rangers Broadcaster Uh Oh

I am taking this straight out of a Rangers forum. I was watching the game but must have missed ths part. I have heard it referenced other places, so I know the guy isn't making it up. For those who don't know or remember, Tom Grieve is the Rangers color commentator. He used to be their GM. He is also the father of Ben Grieve. He is usually the nicest, most gentle guy I have ever heard on a broadcast, always positive, but not a blind homer. So to say this comment was a surprise is an understatement. Still, it was funny, so I thought I would share.
After the Fat Toad Irabu gave up back to back homers to let Anaheim tie the game, the Rangers finally got the final two outs to make it to extra innings. As they were going to commercial, Tom Grieve, thinking they were already at commercial, said, "Shit, he couldn't have thrown BP better..." before they cut him off.
