First, I think it's BOTH of the persons involved responsibility to take precautions, whether it be condom, the pill, whatever, not just the guys. Secondly, condoms don't always work, neither does he pill, the shot, the sponge, the diaphragm, any of it. It takes 2 people to make a baby, so I could just as easily say it's the woman's responsibility to make sure where she is in her ovulation.
