first off, there is no need to comment on someones religious beliefs in this forum. thats rude and immature. secondly, i really enjoyed 61*. but a really good movie is Fear Strike Out with anthony perkins. I think there was a silly one called Rhubarb about a cat who inherits a baseball team with ray milano. of course these movies are ancient but worth checking out. The first Babe Ruth movie was poorly done if you ask me. Oh i do love the Lou Gehrig movie. Even though Gary Cooper is like 45 in the film. I think Bull Durham was good but they butcher it on Tv so i refuse to watch it. I do have to say i always love to watch A League of Their Own. the ending is corny but otherwise its good. Two films i am sick of is Field of Dreams and The Natural. Yea right robert redford as a baseball player. what is he 5'3? I remember a doris day movie that had micky mantle and roger maris in it. It wasn't a baseball movie but thats one of those little gems when you watch those old films. I even remember some tv episodes with various baseball players. Usually Yankees or Dodgers. Ok now i participated in your questionaire. do i win?
