The Norwegian CPS snap children for a lot of other things than those that can be interpreted as violence. Basically this system has got huge economical resources, and it maintains a so strict normality scheme regarding parents and children that it gives them agruments to take as many children as their resources can permit. Give them twice as much money, and thay will update their criteria to be twice as stroict and then they again have arguments to take twice as many children. Also all those money this system gets in hand, constitute huge proffits for their collaborators, why of course will defend the system with any means they find necesary.
