Kathy, I just put some more recipes on my Web page.

Try these:
Mexican Chicken Casserole
Hamburger Stew
Ranchero Supper Stew
Black Bean Soup
All of the above are tried and true. And all get requests for the recipe.

There's another recipe, for Pork Chops, that I like, but I have to find it.
