Pacific Northwest Prawn Salad

1 lb prawns, 1/2 cup butter, 1 head Romaine Lettuce, 1 cup radishes, 1/2 cup California black olives,
1 Bosc pear, 1 English cucumber, 1 tomato, 2 small lemons.

Saute prawns in butter; adding juice and pulp of 2 lemons.
Arrange sliced lettuce, tomato, pear, and cucumber on salad plate; top with cooked prawn and butter-lemon saute sauce.
Add salt & seasoning to taste. I suggest hot red pepper.
