Subject: SOMEBODY HELP ME!!! I THINK I'M A WEREWOLF!!!!!

On the most recent full moon, I had a horrible urge to just burst out of my room, go outside, and attack something. I destroyed my room instead...I don't want this to happen again. I'm also having weird dreams of a grey wolve, and its really freaking me out. Somebody please give me advice or tell me whats wrong with me! I'm desparate!!!
