Subject: Posesession

This has been happening to me and my twin sister since Middle School. We are now 31 years old.

This has only happened to me when I first lye down to go to bed.

I hear a ringing in my head and then I feel some pressure from the inside go throughout my body. I try to get up or speak for help but I am physically unable to move any part of my body or speak aloud. Mentally I am fighting to speak and move. When I am finally able to do so, I am extremely tired and out of breath. This will repeat about 3 to 5 times durning the night. Sometimes durning this process, my body trembles as I mentally try and fight this from happening to me.

I pray myself to sleep. But this does occour periodically every 6 months to a year.

Has this happened to anyone else? What the heck is going on? I am so very afraid when this happens. It's bone chilling.
