I don't know how true the stories are, but I also have heard that Zena cemetary in Zena Oregon, about 15 miles north of West Salem has had some paranormal activity as well. It is a pretty old place and alot of the older graves were uprooted and moved from Purvine Farms Burial over in Hubbard Oregon.

Stories range from the usual ghosts to one story of a driver being acosted by a flash of light and losing track of time. It all seems a little far fetched, but its out in the middle of nowhere almost directly south on the map from Lafayette.
