Im from Newzealand and Im a witch I have some advice for you and your friends.
What has caused this to happen? Try to undo anything that you or your friends may have done>
I suggest that you take your friend to a natural healer , Rieki is a form of spiritual cleansing you should try to go to a master that is around your area.
