Subject: Need advice

I am not too sure where to seek advice but hoped this board maybe a pointer
My Mother has recently seen on more than one occasion what she can describe as a Tall figure dressed in what appears to be a shroud like grey covering this has no face it appears in her bedroom in the early hours of the morning this is now bothering her considerably and we would both like to have some understanding on what this maybe if anyone has any ideas on where i maybe able to ask for advice i would be grateful
